Monthly Board = Base Rate + Additional Fees

  • Base Rate for Average Horse: $550.00 per month

  • Base Rate for Young (2 & under) & Large Breeds (i.e., Thoroughbreds, Warmbloods, Draft mix): $600.00 per month

  • Board includes:

    • Hay feeding twice a day

    • Use of the paddock tacking area

    • Use of the outdoor arena

    • Riding on the property

    • Proprietor resides on property

ADDITIONAL FEES for OTHER SERVICES

  • Graining: $50 per month and owners provide their own supplements

  • Handling Fee for Vet or Ferrier: Priced per visit depending on time taken

  • Dewormer: $10.00 per application every 2-3 months

  • Locker (yours or ours): $10.00 per month


  • Trailer Storage: $35.00 per month

  • Lessons, schooling or training of your horse at Serendipity Stables must be arranged through Sue Hall. Boarders are not allowed to bring outside trainers to the barn.

  • Novice owners/boarders must be enrolled in lessons at Serendipity Stables.
